Can Bakugo really stand up to All For One?

When it comes to the power scaling of My Hero Academia, the All For One is undoubtedly the most formidable. We've seen AFO absolutely just demolish every opponent he's come into contact with, including All Might at his prime. When you think of everything AFO has done and all that Bakugo has yet to accomplish, it seems like too large a gap for this fight to seem winnable to Bakugo.

With that in mind, Bakugo seems to be more fired up than he's ever been and has been keeping up so far in this fight. After being mortally wounded and saved by Edgeshot, it seemed like he would be sidelined or a form of support to Midoriya. This is just not the character Bakugo is and it's definitely not the theme of this manga. All For One cannot understand how this mere "pebble" is getting hits on him as he tries to flee towards Shigaraki and Midoriya. That superiority is his first mistake.

Throughout this manga we have seen Bakugo as the hot-headed tough guy who uses brute force and natural talent to overtake his enemies. This seems to be his driving force. His unrelenting need to win the battle has spurred him forward against an overwhelming evil that no others before him have been able to beat. The bond that Midoriya and Bakugo share with All Might has shaped them into the heroes they have undoubtedly become in these last few arcs.

Although Bakugo has the fire in his heart, I find it hard to believe he can take out All For One so easily. This is the same kid who died and came back to life a few chapters ago. To be that bruised and battered just to risk it all against AFO and win seems unlikely. AFO has unmatched power and skills that Bakugo just can't meet in his current state and skill level. Bakugo is clearly one of the strongest characters at UA, but he still has a lot to learn before he can single-handedly take on AFO and win.
